He was born on May 24, 1953 to Edd and Wilda (Berggren) Fanning in Wauneta, NE.
Edwin worked as a carpenter for the majority of his adult life. He enjoyed fishing and hunting in his free time.
Edwin is survived by his sons; Thomas (Kaylee) Hays and Daniel (Shawna) Hays, four grandchildren; Aiden, Ivan, Odette, and Raven.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two grandchildren; Axel and Aurora.
