82, Topeka, passed away Friday March 12, 2004 at a Topeka Hospital. Mrs. Richards retired from the State of Kansas. She was a past President of Phi Tau Omega Chapter, Tau Kappa, also a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the VFW Post 1650. She was also a member of St. David's Episcopal Church in Topeka. She was married to Claude Frye and then to J.R. Richards, both of whom preceded her in death. Survivors include 3 sons, Frank Frye, Topeka, Raymond Frye, Pheonix, AZ, and Jack Frye, Tuscon, AZ, 5 grandchildren, 6great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren. Cremation is planned. Memorial services will be held at 1:00PM Friday, March 19, 2004 at St. David's Episcopal Church. Memorial contributions may be sent to the Topeka Cat Association, Penwell-Gabel Midtown Chapel is in charge of arrangments. On-line condolences may be made at www.penwellgabel.com
