Dorothy Wright

Dorothy N. Wright , 85, of Topeka, passed away,Thursday, August 26, 2004 at Virginia Hospital Center Arlington, Virginia. She was born August 1, 1919 in Topeka, the daughter of Robert L. and Nellie Bergman McFerren. She lived in the Kansas City area for 20 years. Dorothy spent the majority of her life in Topeka. She worked for Security Benefit Life 21 years retiring in May, 1982. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Topeka and AARP. She is survived hy her grandson, John Magee, son in law, Harry Casaert, and grandchiildren John and Susan Casaert. Mrs. Wright was preceded in death by her daughter Carol Casaert and her granddaughter Sandra K. Magee. Graveside services will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 31, 2004 at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
