Dorothy Strom, 100 passed away Sunday October 16, 2022 in Topeka Kansas.
She was born September 27, 1922, in Clay Center, Kansas, the daughter of Andrew and Hulda (Dewall) Wiberg.
Dorothy was a lifelong member of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Topeka, Women's Club of Topeka, and Kiwanianne Club.
Dorothy married Wendell Strom on January 25, 1944 in Fort Carson, Colorado.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband; Wendell September 9, 2008, grandson; Todd Fitzherbert and all of her siblings. Survivors include children; Marilyn Petr, Karen (William) Fitzherbert, Gregory (Donna) Strom, grandchildren; Scott (Stephanie) Fitzherbert, Brian (Maureen) Fitzherbert, Kimberly (Mark) Sandberg, Michael (Amber) Petr, Jennifer Brooke Eisenmann, Lisa (Darren) Bruns 11 great-grandchildren.
Dorothy enjoyed Bridge, other card games, KU football and basketball, and loved to travel.
Visitation will be Friday October 21, 2022 from 2:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. with family present from 5:00 P.M. until 6:30 P.M. Funeral Ceremony will be 1:00 pm., Saturday, October 22, 2022 at the Trinity Lutheran Church, 725 SW Buchanan, Topeka. Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery & Funeral Chapel, in Topeka.
