Dorothy L. Pearman, 94, of Topeka, passed away Friday, October 21 at a Topeka care facility.
She was born September 27, 1911 in rural Cloud County, the daughter of Anthony and Emma Johnsmeyer Linge.
She was a 1928 graduate of Topeka High School and attended Kansas State University, graduating in 1932 with a bachelor's degree in education. She was an elementary teacher in Topeka public Schools for many years.
She married Lormor Allen Pearman on December 15, 1935 in Topeka. He preceded her in death in May, 1948.
Survivors include two daughters, Sara Lane Pearman, Cleveland, OH and Elizabeth L. Pearman, Greeley, CO; a sister, Bernice Kennel,Indianapolis, IN; three grandsons, Michael Warner, St. Petersburg, FL., Eric Warner, Canberra, Austrailia and Charles Warner, Vancouver, WA.
Mrs. Pearman was cremated. No services are planned.
