Dorothy M. Denny

Mrs. Dorothy M. Denny, of Topeka, Kansas, went to be with the Lord February 1, 2011. Dorothy was born February 26, 1924 in Nashville, Missouri to the parentage of Walter E. and Mable E. Dilg. She married Claude S. Denny on July 30, 1943. Mr. Denny predeceased her in 1985. A daughter, granddaughter, Ginger and a great-grandson, Cole, survive her. She will lie in state Sunday after 2:00 PM at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Funeral services will be Monday, February 7, 2011 at 10:30 AM at Crestview United Methodist Church, 2245 SW Eveningside Drive, Topeka, Kansas. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association of Kansas.
