Dorothy A. Dalton, 94, of Topeka died on Thursday, November 2, 2017.
She was born December 1, 1922 in Russell, KS, one of 11 children of James and Catherine Bridges.
Dorothy graduated from Russell High School and earned a Certificate of Ordination from the Full Gospel Fellowship of Churches and Ministers, International. Besides being an active member of Community Church, Topeka, she was also a talented professional cake decorator/teacher and a Brewster Health Center Volunteer.
Survivors include her husband of 75 years, Bill, her son Bob (Cindy) of Lone Tree, CO, daughter-in-law Ann of Topeka, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her son John.
A funeral service will be held at Community Church, 1819 SW 21st St, Topeka, KS 66604, on Monday, November 6 at 2:00 p.m. where the family will greet friends one hour prior to the service.
