Mrs. S. Dorothy Campbell, 83, of Topeka passed away Monday, October 7, 2002 in a local hospice. She was born in Detriot, MI on May 29, 1919 to Louis and Emilia Borkowski Borowski.
Mrs. Campbell graduated high school in Detroit, Mi. She worked as a school secretary for the public schools in Detroit for several years. Mrs. Campbell was a volunteer Nursing Aide at Great Lakes Naval Station, during WWII. After moving to Topeka she worked for I.B.E.W. Local Union #304, for 32 years. Mrs. Campbell was a member of Grace Episcopal Cathedral. After retiring, Mrs. Campbell lived in Apache Junction, AZ ., she was a member of The Church of The Transfiguration Episcopal Church. Mrs. Campbell returned to Topeka in July 2002.
