Donald Robert White

Donald Robert White, 94, of Topeka, passed away on September 16, 2020.
He was born on May 30, 1926 in Saint Joseph, Missouri to Orpha Robert and Emma (Burrow) White. He graduated from Lafayette High School.
Donald was an Air Force veteran serving during World War II in the Pacific and retired as Master Sergeant. After retirement, Don stayed very busy managing warehouses, working for a local dentist on his ranch, and assisting with dental for the animals at the zoo. Don loved to fish and traveled to various states to fish.
On September 7, 1951, he married Lura Mae Wolfe in Phoenix, Arizona. She preceded him in death on April 15, 1986. He was also preceded in death by three siblings.
He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside services with military honors will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 25, 2020 at Memorial Park Cemetery, 3616 SW 6th Avenue, Topeka.
