Dolores Sue Miller Pagel

Dolores Sue Miller Pagel, 80, of Topeka, passed away on Sunday, May 10, 2015 at a Topeka hospital. She was born April 29, 1935 in Delia, KS, the daughter of Earl W. and Dorotha P. Rose Miller.
Dolores graduated from Topeka High School in 1953. She was employed by the State of Kansas for the Kansas Highway Patrol. She attended First Christian Church.
Survivors include two children, Henry R. Pagel, Deanna S. Pagel, two grandsons, Anthony and Michael (Josie), six great-grandchildren, Aydin, Andrew, Titan, Taylen, Teagan and Tinsley and her siblings, Robert Miller, Richard (Nancy) Miller, Kay (Dick) Laufenberg and Ralph (Pam) Miller. She was preceded in death by her sister, Ann Miles.
Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 14, 2015 at First Christian Church. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery. Dolores will lie in state and the family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2015 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel.
