Diane Caudle
Diane Louise Caudle, 55 of Topeka, passed away Sunday, September 27, 2009 at Stormont-Vail Hospital. She was born August 24, 1954 in Topeka, KS to William Stanley and Claudette G. (Marsh) Conklin.
On June 30, 1973, Diane married Jim Caudle at First Christian Church in Topeka, KS. In junior high, she began teaching accordion lessons at her grandfather's music studio, Marsh Music. She continued lessons until the music store closed in May of 1975. She was an admissions clerk for Stormont-Vail Hospital for 21 years.
Diane is survived by her husband Jim; son Jason of Topeka; her mother Claudette of Topeka; her sisters Connie Lollar of Carbondale, KS and Sue Conklin of Topeka; five nieces and two nephews. She was preceded in death by her father.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 5 at the First Congregational Church. Memorial contributions may be made to Diane Caudle Memorial Fund in care of First Congregational Church, 1701 SW Collins Ave, Topeka, KS 66604. Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel is assisting with arrangements.
