Dennis L. Henderson, 70, of Topeka, passed away on December 9, 2018.
He was born on October 21, 1948 in Topeka, KS the son of Everett G. Henderson, Jr. and Dorothy F. (Hull) Henderson.
He was raised in Topeka and graduated from Highland Park High School. He entered the U.S. Navy in 1967 and served four years during the Vietnam War.
He attended Washburn University and graduated with a Computer Science Degree in 1989.
He is survived by an aunt, Mary Henderson of Topeka; several cousins; and his "Tuesday lunch group" of high school and Navy friends.
A celebration of life will be held at 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave.
Private burial will take place at Lyons Cemetery in Lyons, KS.
