Delbert J. Hart, 66, Topeka, passed away Thursday, January 9, 2014.
He was born October 8, 1947, in Dallas, Texas, the son of Jack Hart and Myrtle Martha Morgan. He was a U.S. Army veteran serving during Vietnam War.
He is survived by his children, Ethan D. Hart, Fort Scott, KS and Jennifer R. Hart, Texas and four siblings. He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Bobby Hart and step-father, Edward Joe Morgan.
Private inurnment will take place at Fort Scott National Cemetery.
Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel is assisting with arrangements.
