Delbert F. Russell, 72, of Topeka, died on Sunday, November 3, 2013 at the Rossville Health Center.
Delbert was born on June 24, 1941 in Coffeyville, KS to James E. and Lillie Mae (Knowlton) Russell.
Delbert is survived by two nieces, Robin Kinzer of Humble, TX and Corina Carroll, and two nephews, Tim Russell and Mike Russell. He was preceded in death by his parents, by one brother, Phillip Russell, and by one sister, Goldie Gates.
A graveside service and interment will be held at 1:00p.m., Thursday, November 7, 2013 at the Restlawn Memorial Park Cemetery in Coffeyville, KS. Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town chapel is assisting the family with arrangements.
Memorial contributions may be made to the organization of the donor's choice.
