He was born on May 31,1956 to Robert and Edith (Stevens) Campbell in Muncie, Indiana.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday March 15, 2025, 1:00 pm, with visitation with the family beginning at 11am both at Penwell-Gabel - Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave, Topeka, Kansas 66604, with Dr. David L. Myers, officiating.
