Dan G. Ford, 95, of Topeka, passed away on October 18, 2024.
He was born on January 30, 1929 to Dan and Mary (DeNeefe) Ford Sr. in Brownsville, Texas.
Dan was proud to serve in the United States Army during WWII in Japan. He then attended Kansas State University. He later worked as a Freight Rate Analyst for Santa Fe Railroad, and as a Farmer's Insurance Agent until retirement.
He was a member of Breakfast Optimist Club, Alpha Kappa Psi Honorary Business Fraternity, Moose Lodge, VFW, American Legion, Elks Club, Kansas Association of Accountants, Topeka Homebuilders Association.
Dan is survived by his son; Casey (Robyn) Ford, grandchildren; Jenn (Yancy) Ayres, Daniel (Melissa) Ford, great grandchildren; Ellie Ayres, Parker Ayres, Baylee Ayres, Harrison Ford, Benjamin Ford, Madison Ford.
He was preceded in death by his daughter; Teresa K. Senne, father; Dan G. Ford, Sr., mother; Mary Catherine Klahr, sisters; Louise Kemper, Dorothy Larson, brother; Joe Ford.
