Dallas E. Arnold Sr, 91, formerly of Topeka, passed away Friday, June 17, 2022 in Wichita, KS.
He was born at home on September 16, 1930 in rural Auburn, KS to Ralph and Clarice Arnold. He was proud to have grown up a farm boy.
Dallas accepted Christ at a young age and continued to serve The Lord his entire life. He attended Kansas City Bible College, where he met his wife Alice. They were married on July 13, 1952. She preceded him in death.
Together they had four sons; Dallas Jr. (Gayla), Mark (Leslie), Dennis (Cindy) and late son, Roger. Other survivors include his grandchildren Jaclyn (Jeremiah) Williams, Grant (Angela) Arnold, Amy Arnold, Joe Williams, Angie Agcaoili, Chris (Becky) Williams, Ryan (Alicia) Williams, 11 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, sister Leila Nelson, brother Lloyd Arnold and a host of friends.
He loved the Lord, people, dad jokes, golf, collecting things (lots of things) and so much more. He was a long time member of East Side Baptist Church in Topeka where he taught adult Sunday School classes, led Young at Heart, and led Bible Studies at Missions Towers.
Dallas pastored several small churches and then worked as a payroll accountant for the State of Kansas.
In 2020, after Alice's death, he moved to Wichita, KS to be closer to family. He first lived at Avita Assisted Living and then moved to Reflection Ridge Retirement Community where he loved bowling, walking, Uno, Bible Study, and so many other activities. Most of all he loved all the friends he made with staff and residents.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Reflection Ridge in Wichita on Monday, June 20. A graveside service will be held at Simerwell Cemetery in rural Auburn, KS on Tuesday, June 21 at 10 am.

The family would like to thank the staff and residents of Reflection Ridge. You made the end of his life incredible, helping him live his life to it's fullest. He loved you all.
