D. Barbara (Moore) Wyman

D. Barbara Wyman, 74, passed away September 27, 2005, at Midland Hospice, Topeka, Kansas. Barbara was born in East Liverpool, Ohio on June 1, 1931, the daughter of Harry "Deane" and Beatrice Allison.

She graduated from East Liverpool High School in 1949. Barbara graduated from RN training in Cleveland in 1952. She attended Anesthesia training in Pittsburgh, PA. She then moved to Topeka, KS in 1957.

She was married to Thomas W. Moore, they divorced. She married James J. Wyman on August 29, 1980.

She worked at Stormont-Vail and St. Francis Hospital as a CRNA and had retired. She was a member of First Lutheran Church and volunteered in the church library.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband Jim, a brother Bernard D. "Bud" Allison, her children Robin A Hook, Thomas D. Moore, William S. Moore and her step-children Sandrae Jaynes, Rita d' Angelo and J.D. Wyman, 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Wyman will lie in state after 12:00 noon Thursday, September 29, 2005 where the family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel.

Funeral services will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, September 30, 2005 at First Lutheran Church. Burial will follow in Penwell-Gabel's Memorial Park Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to the First Lutheran Church 1234 SW Fairlawn Rd. Topeka, KS 66604.
