Craig L. Kaiser, 51, of Topeka, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2007 at a Topeka hosptial ER. He was born on December 23, 1955 in Topeka, the son of Charles L. and Mary F. Moser Kaiser. He attended Jardine, French and Topeka West High School. He was an Army veteran during the Vietnam Era. He was self-employed as a mason and later became a cross country trucker. Craig married Debra A. Strube on February 9, 2006 in Miami, OK. She survives. Other survivors include his mother, Mary F. Schwindamann of Topeka, two sisters, Charleen R. Kaiser of Wichita, Jeannine Wettengel of Topeka, one brother, Christopher T. Schwindamann of Topeka, one step-son, Brady Meisenheimer of Powhattan, two step-grandchildren, Avery and Clare of Horton, two nephews, Ryan and wife, Tanya, Neil and wife, Kate, three great-nieces and many friends. Craig was preceded in death by his father. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Burial will follow in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery. Craig will lie in state after 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel where the family will receive friends from 7:00-8:30 p.m. Memorial contributions may be given to the Helping Hands Humane Society, 2625 N.W.
