Corene T. Robison, 79, of Topeka, passed away, Wednesday, October 3, 2002 at at a Topeka retirement comunity.
She was born January 10, 1923 in Lyndon, Kansas the daughter of Truman Leon and Pearle Loomis (Clark) Tiffany. She received her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Washburn University. Mrs. Robison later received her Masters Degree in Social Work from the University of Kansas.
She had been employed as a social worker with the Salvation Army.
She was a member of Highland Park United Methodist Church.
She married Robert D. Robison September 27, 1942 at Santa Barbara, California. He preceded her in death October 30, 1991. Survivors inlcude:
one daughter, Mary Ann Robison Topeka, KS
one son, Richard Robison Stone Mountain, GA
and two granddaughters.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m., Monday, October 7, 2002, at the Highland Park United Methodist Church. Burial will follow at Topeka Cemetery. Mrs. Robison will lie in state after 8:00 a.m. Sunday at the Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Memorial contributions may be given to The Voices of the Martyrs, P.O. Box 443 Bartlesville, OK 74005-0443.
