Clyde William Redman


Age 90, passed away at his home December 17, 2002 in Topeka. He was born December 24, 1911 in Emporia, KS the son of Paul Frederick and Mabel Pearce Redman.

Mr. Redman served in the US Army from February 1942 to January 1946with the Air Transport Command in India during World War II. He was a member of Capitol Post #1 of the American Legion and a 90 year member of Assumption Catholic Church.

He was married to Phryn West August 19, 1947 in Topeka. She preceded him in death June 29, 2000.

Three Brothers also preceded him in death, George Redman, New Lenox, IL,Fred Redman, Topeka, KS, Lawrence Redman, Topeka, Ks.

Survivors include:

Daughter: Charlene Phryn Fitzhugh Topeka, KS

Sister : Pauline Redman Topeka, KS

2grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren.


Private family services will be held at a later date. Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
