Chester Otto Smith, 39, Topeka, passed away December 17, 2013. He was born July 29, 1974, in Inglewood, California, the son of Dewey and Shirley Dowd Smith.
He is survived by his mother, Shirley; son, Andreas Smith; daughter, Mystik Smith; sisters, Velma Konieczny and Ruth Smith; brother, Dewey Smith, Jr.; companion, Lesta Jenkins; and step-son, Daniel Jenkins, II. He was preceded in death by his father, Dewey.
Chester enjoyed NASCAR, fishing, camping, wrestling, and motorcycles. He was a loyal Chiefs and Royals fan.
