Cheryl K. Monteith, 65, of Topeka passed away Thursday January 5, 2012, in the care of Grace Hospice. Cheryl is survived by her son, Jason Jeremy Neal of Topeka; and her 2 grandchildren, Jason and Cameron of Topeka. Cheryl was the owner of The Corner Pocket Carryout formerly located at 623 SW 6th Ave., Topeka, KS. Cheryl most recently worked for Abouds Catering of Topeka.
A celebration of Cheryls life will be held Saturday, Jan. 14, 2011, from 5 to 7 p.m. at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Contributions may be made to the Cheryl Monteith memorial fund in care of Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave., Topeka, KS 66604.
