Catherine Bouzianis

Catherine Bouzianis, 86, formerly of Long Island, New York, passed away Sunday, December 30, 2012 in her Topeka home. She was born October 6, 1926 in Bronx, New York, the daughter of Alex and Helen Lymber. She married Arthur Bouzianis on January 9, 1947. He preceded her in death in 2006. Survivors include three sons, Peter (Annette) Bouzianis of Edgewater, Florida, Paul (Jeanette) Bouzianis of Topeka, Kansas, Alex (Mary) Bouzianis of Long Island, New York, six grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Catherine and Arthur raised their children in Queens, New York where Catherine was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local #3, working as an executive secretary. She spent her retirement years in Del Ray Beach, Florida prior to moving to Topeka. Services and burial will take place in Queens, New York.
