Carolyn S. Cody, 71, of Topeka, passed away Sunday, December 20, 2020.
She was born June 21, 1949, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Victor A. Heisse Jr. and Jeanne Crawford. She graduated from Topeka High School.
She loved going to music concerts at TPAC (Topeka Performing Arts Center). She loved to listen to Elvis Presley. She was a cat lady and loved her cat, Angel. She loved to watch Criminal Minds and X-Files.
She is survived by her daughter, Erin (Patrick) Star and her children, Cassandra (Levi) Totten, Christian Star, and Fayth Star and great-grandchildren, Landon and Parker Totten; son, Eric (Karri) Cody and their children, Dallas (Julie) Cody-Yardley, Tristen Cody, Chance Cody, and Gunner Cody and great-grandchild, Jaxen Yardley and her sister, Linda Finley-Harris and family.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Barbara Heisse.
Cremation is planned and a private family burial will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery in Topeka, KS.
