Carol Kay (Harry) Brady, 76, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2015, at Stormont-Vail Health Center.
Carol was born December 8, 1938, in Frankfort, KS, to Lewis and Isla (Costello) Harry. She was raised near Winifred, KS and graduated from Frankfort High School. Carol married Norbert Brady on November 28, 1957, in Lillis, KS. She was retired from the State of Kansas Insurance Department.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; daughter, Sharon Neal; and nephews, Tom Brady, Jr. and Mark Brady.
Carol is survived by her daughter, Sheri (David) Bahm of Silver Lake, Kansas; son, Steve (Angie) Brady of Sulphur Springs, Texas; granddaughter, Ashley Bahm of Topeka, Kansas; grandsons, Dylan Bahm of Denver, Colorado and Austin and Brock Brady of Sulphur Springs, Texas; and sisters, Marge Oliver of Lakewood, CO and Marilyn (Alan) Shineman of Manhattan, KS.
A funeral service for Carol will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12, 2015, at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave, Topeka, KS. The family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at the Silver Lake Cemetery.
