Byron "Ronnie" Crith, 47, Topeka, passed away Tue. May 19, 2009. He was born October 17, 1961, in Topeka, the son of Killmon Sr. and Frances (Moore) Crith.
Ronnie attended Topeka Public Schools. He attained his CDL from Fort Scott Trucking in 1987. He was previously employed by Shawnee County Country Club and Keim Trucking before going to work for Comtrak Logistics in Kansas City, KS.
He married Carol Lusco in 1984 in Topeka. His hobbies included building remote control planes, but his passion was fishing.
He was preceded in death by both parents and his brother Killmon C. Crith II.
Survivors include his wife Carol of Topeka, his daughter, LaKeisha Cameron of Illinois, three sisters; Bonita Crith-Boyd (Phillip), Sherrill Crith, Karla Crith all of Topeka, a host of nieces and nephews, and family and friends.
Ronnie will lie in state from 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 28 at Penwell-Gabel Midtown Chapel. Family will greet friends from 6-8:00 p.m. Memorial service will be Friday, May 29 at 11:00 a.m. at the Mid Town Chapel. To leave a special message for the family online visit, www.PenwellGabel.com.
