Boyce F. Weidenbach

Boyce F. Weidenbach, 90, of Topeka, passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2009 in Topeka. He was born on April 5, 1919 in Wichita, the son of Harry C. and Inez Southwell Weidenbach. He was an Army veteran of WWII. He had resided in Port Isabel, TX for many years before returning to Topeka. He married Carolyn Couchman. They were divorced. He later married Delma Diel who preceded him in death in 1982. He was also preceded in death by one son, Gary E. Weidenbach in 2005. Survivors include sons, Doug (Mary) and Kenny Weidenbach, four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Private committal services will take place in Eskridge Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Good Samaritan Fund at the Topeka Presbyterian Manor, 4712 SW 6th Ave., Topeka, KS 66606 or the Colmery-O'Neil VA Medical Center Volunteer Services, 2200 SW Gage Blvd., Topeka, KS 66622.
