Bonnie Josephine Prescott

Bonnie Josephine Prescott, 67, Topeka, passed away Thursday, December 14, 2017.

She was born September 3, 1950, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of James, Jr. and Vivian (Myers) Wymore.

She graduated from Highland Park High School. Bonnie has been a local Tupperware saleswoman for many years. She was a member of the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church.

Bonnie married Thomas Earl Prescott on November 8, 1969 at Assumption Church. He preceded her in death on December 5, 2017. Survivors include their children: Christopher Prescott (Deana Morstorf-Prescott), Daughter, Crystal Prescott, five grandchildren: Ashley (Jack) Finan, Brooke Prescott, Seth Prescott, Stacy Prescott and Alexander Prescott, one great-granddaughter, "Princess" Mackenzie Finan and sisters-in-law, Juanita Wymore and Theresa (Bud) Plank.

She was also preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Wymore.

Bonnie enjoyed gardening, square dancing, crocheting and spending time with her family and friends.

Funeral services will be 10:00 am, Monday, December 18, 2017 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 901 SW Fillmore, Topeka. Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. Sunday at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel.

Memorial contributions may be made to Prescott Grandchildren's Education Fund c/o in the funeral home, 1321 SW 10th Avenue, Topeka, KS.
