William "Bill" Roduner, 55, of Topeka, passed away surrounded by family on Thursday, August 15, 2019.
He was born October 31, 1963, in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Gilbert and Ingrid (Werdermann) Roduner. He graduated from Highland Park High School.
Bill was a simple man, who had a love for shooting pool (APA pool league), eagles, and Harley motorcycles. He was an avid sports fan; he loved his Green Bay Packers, Royals and all KU sports. (He occasionally even cheered for the Chiefs.) He was very skilled at bowling, and enjoyed camping, fishing, and throwing horseshoes. Above all else he loved just spending time with friends and family.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Tom Roduner. He is survived by his wife, Marilyn (Broxterman) Roduner; his son, Christian Roduner; sister, Mary Ann Trolley; and nephew, Dustin Roduner. Other survivors include stepchildren Kris Davis, Lindsay (RJ) McGuire, Katie (Patrick) Johnson and Hannah Gross (Dominic Garcia); grandchildren Isabelle, McKinsy, Oliver, Colton, Paxton, Abigail, Ava, Nico, Paisley and Sophia; mother-in-law, Clarice Broxterman; father-in-law, Dennis Broxterman; and brother-in-law, Kary Broxterman.
A visitation will take place from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave., Topeka, Kansas 66604. Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery.
In addition, family and friends are invited to a Celebration of his life at the Bar 'N grill at 2121 SW Belle Ave immediately following. The family encourages that those attending the Celebration of Life to wear your favorite sports team attire.
