Beverly G. Willsey, 68, of Maple Hill, passed away Wednesday, May 29, 2013.
Beverly was born January 4, 1945, in Topeka, daughter of Frank Bravence and Lahoma (Oshel) DeKeyser, and step daughter of August DeKeyser. She graduated from Topeka High School in 1963. Beverly worked in retail sales for Crosby Brothers and Sears. She then worked at Willsey-D as a financial officer. Later, Beverly became co-owner and secretary treasurer of Tower Metal Works.
Beverly was united in marriage to Howard Willsey on August 24, 1963.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, and showing her 1956 pink Cadillac.
Beverly is survived by her husband, Howard Willsey; children, Robert (Shelley) Willsey, Maple Hill; and Renee (Steve) Larson, Maple Hill; grandchildren, Danae, Zach, Loni, Cassidy, and Ethan; step great-granddaughter, Zailee; brother-in-law, Curly (Shirley) Willsey, Maple Hill; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Jerry Bravence.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, June 3, 2013, at Maple Hill Cemetery.
