Betty Spillers

Betty Louise Spillers, 87, of Topeka, passed away on Wednesday, April, 22, 2009, at Stormont-Vail Hospital. She was born on March 7, 1922, in Junction City, KS.

She was a member of Morning Star Bible Church.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph E. Spillers, Sr.

Survivors include her sons, Ralph E. Spillers, Jr. and James D., three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson and two sisters.

Mrs. Spillers will lie in state and the family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 24, 2009, at Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 4125 SW Gage Center Drive, Suite LL-15, Topeka, KS 66604.
