Betty Louise Regier, 82, of Harrisonville, MO, formerly of Topeka, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2012 at a Harrisonville care facility. Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday on the Garden Chapel in Topeka Cemetery. Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel is assisting the family.
