Betty Jane Theel Marlow, 82, died November 17th, 2006 at Topeka, Presbyterian Manor.
Born September 29, 1924 in Leavenworth, Kansas, she was the daughter of Otto and Modella (Lyons) Theel. She was a clerical worker for the State of Kansas and following her retirement did volunteer work at the North Topeka Baptist Church. She was a member of the Topeka First Church of the Nazarene.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Vertie. Survivors include two brothers, Otto and wife, Beulah of Lenexa, Kansas, Donald and wife, June of Salina, Kansas, a sister, Shirley Lucas of Prairie Village, Kansas, and nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, November 21st at Topeka First Church of the Nazarene. Memorials may be given to First Church of the Nazarene, 1001 SW Buchanan, Topeka, Kansas 66604 or to the Jean Theel Nursing Scholarship, MNU, 2030 College Way, Olathe, Kansas 66062.
