Elizabeth "Betty" Jean Hoelle, 78, of Dwight, passed away, Tuesday, April 6, 2004, at Select Specialty Hospital, Topeka.
She was born February 23, 1926, in Boston, Massachusetts.
She married Helmut Hoelle January 3, 1958 at Charleston Navy Chapel in Boston.
They came to Kansas in 1958. She had resided in Topeka and Junction City prior to moving to Dwight in 1971.
Mrs. Hoelle was a homemaker.
She enjoyed camping , traveling, and crafting.
She was preceded in death by her infant daughter Heide Marie Hoelle in 1959. She was also preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, Helmut Hoelle of the home and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Hoelle was cremated. Memorial services will be held 3:30 p.m. Thursday April 8, 2004 at the Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Inurnment will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to the Ronald McDonald House, 825 SW Buchanan, Topeka, Kansas 66606-1427. Condolences may be left at www.penwellgabel.com
