Bernice Dorsey, 62, beloved wife, sister and mother passed away April 19, 2011, in Topeka, KS.
She is survived by her husband Earl Sr.; Four sons, Earl Jr., Stephen, Tony and Michael, all of Topeka. She is also survived by a sister, Geraldine Rogers; brothers, Ben Love, George Baker, and Zebedee Baker, all of Vicksburg, MS; Stepbrothers, Saul Fults and Gene Fults, both of Vicksburg, MS; Sister in laws, Mildred Beard, Ruby Nell Jones, Eugenia Thomson, Duncan, OK, Dorthy Jones, Oklahoma City, OK; Brother in law, Jerry Jones; As well as other nieces, nephews, and in laws of Duncan, OK and Vicksburg, MS. She was preceded in death by her mother, Caroline Baker and Father J.D. Love.
The family will greet friends from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave. Topeka, KS 66604. Services for Mrs. Dorsey will be held at 6:00 pm on Friday April 29 at the funeral home.
