Barbara A. Simpson, 86, Topeka, passed away Thursday, August 4, 2016 at Presbyterian Manor.
Barbara was born June 30, 1930 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of James and Lillian Holtzapple. She graduated from Donnelly McCall High School in Donnely, ID.
She was employed by Adams Business Forms for 41 years.
She was a member of Wanamaker Woods Church of the Nazarene.
Barbara married Robert O. Simpson on August 21, 1949 in McCall, ID. He died December 5, 2012. Survivors include son, Mark Robert (Rhonda) Simpson, Topeka. She was also preceded in death by a sister, Mable Payne.
Cremation is planned and private family inurnment will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel is assisting with arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Good Samaritan Fund at Topeka Presbyterian Manor.
