Barbara J. Beach, 65, Topeka, passed away on Sunday, July 23, 2006 at the K.U. Medical Center.
Barbara was born April 17, 1941, in Milwaukee, WI, the daughter of William and Clare (O'Hare) Fass.
Barbara worked at Ed Marling's for over 20 years and retired from the Kansas Public Employees Retirement System.
She married Charles Michael Beach on May 23, 1969. He died May 10, 1997. Survivors include sons; James Beach, Topeka, Stephen Tripe, Topeka; a daughter, Dana Hacker, Wichita; grandchildren, Jessica, Alexandra and Carrie Springer, Cody Reeser, Tess and Henri Beach; and sisters, Maureen Bryant, Houston, TX, Seana O'Hare, San Diego, CA, Cynthia Gitzen, Minnesota, and Kim Gehle-Romberger, Arizona. She was preceded in death by a brother, Aaron Fass.
Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 29, 2006 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Inurnment will be in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery.
