Aspen R. Kwiatkowski, 4 months, of Topeka, passed away Friday, July 10, 2015 at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City.
Aspen was born March 6, 2015 in Topeka, the daughter of Dan and Holly (Frantz) Kwiatkowski. Survivors include her parents: sisters, Danika and Harmony; and grandparents, Ellen Frantz, Owosso, MI, Walter (Vicki) Lister, Topeka, and Laurie Crow, Las Vegas, NV. She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Mike Frantz.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2015 at Grace Baptist Church, 1110 NE Michigan. The family will receive friends at the church one hour prior to the service.
She was an inspiration, touched everyone's life she came in contact with and taught everyone to be strong. She was also an organ donor.
Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel is assisting with arrangements.
