Anna Schultz

Anna L. Schultz, 85, Topeka, passed away on Friday, April 4, 2008 at Midland Hospice House.
She was born on July 9, 1922 in Topeka, KS, the daughter of Galen and Verena (Stickle) Schlichter.
Anna graduated from Topeka High School and Clarks Business School.
Anna married Arnold Dale on August 7, 1942 in Washington, D.C. He preceded her in death in 1978.
Anna was a lifetime member of Central Presbyterian Church where she worked as the secretary for 15 years.
She was a lifetime member of the Order of the Eastern Star and Beauseants.
Anna is survived by two daughters, Kathleen and her husband, Claude Anderson; Karla Lathrom; son, Steve and his wife, Gayle Schultz; 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren; brother, William, his wife, Helen Schlichter and 3 nieces.
She will be reunited in death with one granddaughter who preceded her.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m., Wed., April 9, 2008 at Penwell-Gabel Mid Town Chapel. Burial will follow in Mount Hope Cemetery. Anna will lie in state at the funeral home after 4:00 p.m., Tues. where family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
