Anna Marie "Ann" Mullen, 93, of Topeka, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2024.
She was born September 14, 1930, in Windyville, Missouri, the daughter of Joseph F. and H. Blanche (Lawson) Williams.
She was a secretary at Kansas National Education Association, retiring in 2006.
She was a member of East Side Baptist Church in Topeka.
On April 9, 1967, she married Warren Earl Mullen, Sr. in Wichita, Kansas. He preceded her in death on January 12, 2022. She was also preceded by her parents, and eight siblings, Junior Francis Williams, Benjamin Clay Williams, Lowell Glen Williams, Icile Evelyn Wisener and four infant sisters.
Survivors include two children, Warren E. (Sheree) Mullen, Jr. and Julie Gunn (David Dry); five grandchildren, Jason (Brianne) Mullen, Chelsea (Tyler) Dekok, Matt (Deanna) Gunn, Sarah (Ricky) Casarez, and Emily Gunn; and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be 4pm-6pm Sunday, January 14, 2024 at Mount Hope Chapel, 17th & Fairlawn, Topeka. Private family burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery.
