Anita M. Rosacker, 87, Topeka, passed away Friday, June 13, 2008 at Rolling Hills Health Center.
Anita was born in Denison, TX on Oct. 1, 1920, the daughter of Elmo and Esther (Gibson) McCullough.
She graduated high school in 1939.
Anita married Joseph Rosacker in Oswego, KS on March 8, 1942. He preceded her in death on Sept. 11, 1996.
Mrs. Rosacker was a member of First Methodist Church in Iola and Topeka; POW - WWII - Groups and Eastern Star. She enjoyed needlework (quilting) and loved traveling in the family RV.
Anita is survived by two daughters: Cynthia (Warren) Glimpse of Alexandria, VA; Mary (Steve) McDonald of Topeka; two sons: John (Debbie) Rosacker of Topeka; Jim (Kirsten Komara) Rosacker of San Antonio, TX; two brothers: John (Pat) McCullough of Washington State; Joe (Diane) McCullough of Semmes, AL; 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son, William Rosacker and two brothers: Jack and Bill McCullough.
Cremation has taken place. Services will be held at a later date.
