Ana Maria Frieden

Ana Maria Frieden, 65, of Liberal, Kansas, formerly of Topeka, passed away Wednesday, April 26, 2023.
She was born January 20, 1958, in El Paso, Texas, the daughter of David Trevino and Yolanda (Losoya) Johnson.
She graduated from Denver East High School and attended Emporia State University. Ana was a hairdresser, owning and operating Ana Maria's Image Complete.
She was a member of Seventh Day Adventist Church.
On August 5, 1995, she married Thomas E. "Ted" Frieden in Topeka. He survives. Other survivors include her three children, Lenai Larkin, Alexia Larkin (Brandon Rinehart), and Gary Larkin (Alyx Petersen); six siblings, Sergio Trevino, David Trevino, Gustavo Trevino, Alisa Trevino, Emanuel Trevino, and Lola Trevino; three grandchildren, Bryson Thrasher, Driston Thrasher, and Shelby Rinehart; and parents-in-law, John and Janet Frieden.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and step-mother, Bernie Trevino.
Ana loved her family and spending time with her grandchildren. She also loved animals, crafts, and volunteering at the Fellowship & Faith Food Pantry Distribution Center.
Memorial services will be 11am on Saturday, May 6, 2023 at Mount Hope Chapel. Inurnment will follow in the Courtyard at Mount Hope Cemetery.
