Amanda Sue Wilroy

Amanda Sue Wilroy, 44, passed from this life on Wednesday, July 6, 2022. She was born on January 28, 1978 in Norton, Kansas, the daughter of James P. and Syliva Anne (Wentz) Wilroy. Amanda grew up in Clay Center, Kansas, where she received a diploma from Clay Center Community High School in 1996.

Amanda was dedicated to her love of God and her family. She would do for others especially her parents and close friends. Amanda had a kind heart and enjoyed helping others.

She enjoyed flower gardening, making various crafts and needle work, especially crocheting. Amanda loved her dog, Princess who recently passed away.

Amanda leaves to cherish her memory, James and Sylvia Wilroy of Topeka; two brothers, James Vernon of Wichita, Kansas and Monty Joe (Tara) Wilroy of St. Joseph, Missouri; nephew, Ayden Connor and two nieces, Lily McKenzie and Madison Reagan Wilroy all of Rockport, Missouri; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by grandparents, one aunt and several uncles.
