Alberta Jean Addis passed from this life May 6, 2015.
She was born, December 30, 1924, in Parsons, Kansas. Her parents were Eugene and Hazel Bell Green Lant.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, Bob G. Addis and Phil Strauch, two daughters, Donna Jean Strauch and Mary Ellen Strauch, two grandsons, Trey Smith and Alec Dye.
She is survived by eight children, 23 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel from 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 12. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 13 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery in Topeka.
