Stephen Heath, 63, of Manhattan, passed away Sunday, July 21, 2024.
He was born July 1, 1961, in Chicago Heights, Illinois, the son of Merle and Barbara (Charles) Heath. He graduated from Urbana Senior High School. Stephen joined the United States Navy and served nine years.
Stephen married Glenda L. Stover in 1983 in Champaign, IL.
Stephen was employed by the Pepsi Cola General Bottler for nearly 30 years.
He enjoyed golfing and bowling. Stephen took pride in fixing up his family home.
Survivors include a wife, Glenda L. Heath; his children, Jason (Melissa) Heath, Christopher (Arlene) Heath, Andrew (Ashley) Heath and Kristina (Tyler) Grede; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Heath, Jack Heath, Cadence Jones, Paul Heath, Macalia Heath, Jensen Heath, Madison Grede and Maverick Heath; and one brother, Michael (Chris) Heath and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandchild, Alaina Grede; his parents; and siblings, Marilyn Kranick, Robert David Heath, Bill Heath, Susan Finn and Jim Heath.
A celebration of Stephen’s life will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2024 from 3:00pm-7:00pm at the Gathering Place, 131 N. Main St. Hebron, IN 46341.
