Jerome Harlan Gifford, 73, of Topeka, Kansas passed away on June 13, 2024.
He was born on May 31, 1951 the son of Jerome and Jeanne (Turner) Gifford in Leavenworth, Kansas.
Jerome served his country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War in 1970-1971.
He loved dirt track racing and Kansas Jayhawks Basketball.
Jerome was preceded in death by his parents.
He is survived by his five children; Sarah (Brent) Flick, Daniel (Holly) Gifford, Jessica Patterson, Jeffrey Gifford and Richard (Christyn) Gifford; 20 grandchildren, two great-granddaughters and one great-grandson.
He will be laid to rest at the Leavenworth National Cemetery at 11am on Thursday, June 27, 2024. Military Honors will take place.
