Janice Lee Philips, 69, of Topeka, passed away on November 15, 2023.
She was born on August 30, 1954 to John and Virginia (Shade) Philips in Boston, Massachusetts.
Janice is survived by her sister; Lisa (Steve) Turner, her niece; Blair (Steve) Brennan; her nephew; Nicholas (Stephanie) Turner, her grandnieces, Maya Brennan and Ellie Turner; and grandnephew, William Turner.
She was preceded in death by her father; John Nash Philips, and mother; Virginia Shade Philips.
As per Janice's wishes cremation has been effected and private family services are planned.
Memorials can be directed to the charity of the donor's choice.
