She was born on December 7, 1938 to Walter and Helen Lossner at St. Louis, MO.
Constance worked as a Retail Manager for So-Fro Fabrics/House of Fabrics in Topeka, KS.
On June 24, 1956, she married John Rath. John and Connie lived in Kansas and Nebraska.
She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Topeka, KS.
She is survived by her daughters; Catherine (Craig) Gates, Sharon (Everett) Lowe, Diane Shaffer, Cyndi (Robert) Spinelli, son; Michael (Mary) Rath, grandchildren, Brett Thoms, Amanda Vines; Erin Hoestje, Sean Spinelli, Jamin Halladay, Luke Shaffer, John Rath, Evan Spinelli, Eric Shaffer, Barbara Rath, Rachael Pigorsch, Sierra Miller, Ellisa Spinelli. Forty Great-Grandchildren and seven Great-great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; John Rath and RG Shaffer, Son-in-law.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 15, 2023, 9:30 am at Faith Lutheran Church, 1716 SW Gage Blvd, Topeka, KS.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, 11:00 am at the Faith Lutheran Church, 1716 SW Gage Blvd, Topeka, KS.
Committal will take place at Mount Hope Cemetery, 4700 SW 17th Street, Topeka, KS.
Memorials are suggested to Midland Care Hospice, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS 66606.
